Terms & Conditions

1. Course Duration & Material Access

• Each course runs for 2 months with weekly-based material upload.
• Access to materials is granted only for the months that have been paid for.
• If a student pays for Month 1, only Month 1 content will be accessible until Month 2 is paid.
• After full payment (both months), the entire course material remains available for 1 year.

2. Payment Terms & Account Access

• Courses follow a monthly payment model.
• Students must complete their monthly payment before accessing new content.
• If payment is not made within 10 days of the due date, the account will be deactivated temporarily until payment is cleared.

3. Internship Programs

MCSK offers three internship tracks after course completion or through application:

• Free Internship: Provided to students who complete any course. Includes real-time project work, Git collaboration, and mentorship.
• Paid Internship: Open to non-course students who wish to gain industry experience by paying a small internship fee.
• Scholarship-Based Internship: Free internship offered to selected applicants based on financial need. Application required for eligibility.

All internship types include:

• Real-time open-source or client-based projects
• Task management via Kanban tools
• Version control using Git
• 1:1 mentorship and reviews
• Internship certificate upon completion

4. Refund Policy

All payments made towards courses or internships are non-refundable under any circumstance.

5. Fair Use & Code of Conduct

• Account credentials and course materials are for personal use only and must not be shared.
• Any misuse, sharing, or unauthorized distribution may result in permanent account suspension.
• Internship participants are expected to follow ethical and professional behavior throughout the program.

7. Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, educational details, and payment information solely for registration, payment processing, course access, and communication purposes.
• All collected data is stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
• We use secure payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) and industry-standard encryption to protect your financial data.
• Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel only.
• Students can request correction or deletion of their data by contacting us via email.

8. Policy Updates

MCSK Techverse may update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest version.
